Hayley

Hayley

Well hey there! My goals as a Beach Mom Fitness, Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor is to create interesting routines that not only engage our physical bodies, but to also discover some mental space. I also aim to meet you where you’re at and support you through your fitness journey. My own journey started as a teenager practicing yoga where I adopted many of its disciplines in my everyday life. When I joined Beach Life Fitness in 2019 as a Beach Mom (formerly CoreMom) student and as a new mom, my passion for health and fitness was not only reinvigorated but also reimagined, which is why I’m thrilled to be apart of this amazing team. When I’m not at the studio, I’m a mom of two little people, and one little senior dog. I also enjoy hiking, playing with my kiddos, exploring the local scenes, and laughing hysterically at silly goat videos.

Through breath, stretching and strengthening my hope is that anyone I’m working with leaves feeling invigorated.

Elyse

Elyse

Far from being active or healthy growing up (doctor's note to get out of gym class, anyone??) Elyse discovered power yoga after college and fell in love. She took her initial teacher training in 2015, and followed that up with trainings in functional fitness, yin yoga, meditation and mindfulness.

Through yoga, Elyse wants to empower others and have fun! In her classes, you'll see that it's not about being the most flexible or aesthetic yogi. Rather, it's about being open to trying something new, going for the things you want and having a damn good time in the process! When not doing yoga, you can find Elyse drinking black coffee (or red wine), fostering kitties, and rocking out to whatever song is stuck in her head.
