Studio 1
Studio one is located at 308 1/2 Catalina and is an upstairs loft offering a pilates reformer studio (8 reformers) plus a private pilates room (with 2 reformers plus towers) ladder barrel and wunda chair and a kichen with microwave & refrigerator if you wanted to bring in food and drinks for socializing. There are also two restrooms available in this space.
Studio 2
Studio two is our open dance space where you can offer yoga, dance, sound bath, barre or any fusion-style class for a capacity of 20 people. This area also has a kitchenette with counter space and a refrigerator for storing food and drinks. There is also a spacious restroom located in this space.
Studio 3
Is also listed as suite E in the building, This space contains multi-functional equipment for a variety of exercise modalities. There are 2 reformers, TRX suspension straps, weights, cardio machines, and more that allow for a great setup for private or duet training, circuit classes, functional strength classes, and mobility classes. There is also an esthetician business located here.
