At Beach Life Fitness Boutique we welcome all fitness levels & new clients to the studio. Our goal is to create a welcoming and non-intimidating atmosphere for all. If you are new please follow these steps to ensure you have a great experience.
1. Contact us here email@example.com to schedule a complimentary 15 minute phone or in person consultation. We would love to review your goals & get an overview of any medical history and injuries so we can better direct you and help you schedule classes suitable for your needs. If you are available to come by for a tour, we would love to welcome you.
2. If you are brand new to pilates we highly recommend starting with our 3 introductory private sessions. Although its not mandatory it is highly recommended. Click here to purchase the 3 private sessions and contact us to schedule them.
